What happens after the 14-day trial?

We'll ask you to add a card to continue. If you don't, the account goes on stand-by and your data stays saved for 30 days. You can reactivate anytime.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes: contact support and we'll suspend the account. No penalties — payments are manually renewed, not an automatic-charge subscription to cancel.

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Yes. The exact percentage varies slightly by plan: you'll see it on each plan when you select 'Annual' above. The discount is applied automatically and you can switch billing mode anytime from the dashboard.

Is SimplySport compliant with Italian ASD regulations?

Yes. Member register compliant with D.Lgs. 36/2021, non-fiscal receipts (L.398/91) with sequential numbering, medical certificate management, GDPR-compliant storage on EU servers.

Is my members' data safe under GDPR?

Yes. Data isolation per association, servers in Europe, daily backups. You can export all your data as CSV anytime. We provide a DPA (Data Processing Agreement) on request.
